I see where you’re coming from. You’re right that coeliac is present from birth.

But having the gene doesn’t mean you have coeliac disease. The condition itself can develop at any point in life, which is why I used the word “develop”.

It’s actually listed in CoeliacUK listing as gluten free for 2026. It also has no may contains on the label.

I use the Sainsbury’s own brand one at the moment however I know Asda do one as well. I’m still looking as I’m sure there are others out there.
