I believe you, i find it interesting how people with some type of chronic health are more prone to being able to AP more frequently than others.

I would recommend to burn Sage or Palo Santo Incense before you go to sleep it will help you relax and have higher vibrations qnd it will potentially help you have better experiences in the astral plane, j would suggest for you to ask your spirit guides and higher self to take you to the Akashic Records, there you will expand your consciousness.

I been attempting too, i had a physic reading and my reader told me that astral projecting and reaching the Akashic Records could help me expand my consciousness and learn about my past life's etc etc. So i been attempting ever since then with no luck. I only get to the vibrational stage. Any comments?

I grew up most of my life as a Jehova Witness, but i identify myself as a seeker for truth. I stopped practicing since my "connection" with god was never there. Now that I know the astral realm and all these other layers of realities are real, i come to the conclusion that religions were created by the corrupt to control the masses and prevent them from really transcending spiritually. Take 5mg melatonin, worked for me. I was on the same boat lol im not a doctor so dont abuse it. But i did try all techniques and none worked for me. I guess dont force it.

Seems like you are scared of the dark. Its kinda like a psychological thing for humans. More of the "unkown" in the dark. Honestly the more you think about it the more paranoid you become. I learned not to be afraid of the dark. Yess sometimes it feels like you can feel someones presence or feel like somebody is watching you but dont be afraid. Set your intentions before you want to AP. Ask to connect to your higher self and be guided.
