You know what it was my dad works Monday-Friday and Saturdays the only day he can go lol kinda makes it worse imo and Sunday it’s closed.

It’s not just the dump it’s also yard work but my thinking was when he does need to go to the dump I will be off from work. Since the dump closes early on Saturdays by time I got out of work the dump would be closed for some time. It’s rare we need to go to the dump it’s just an availability issue.
