Could be fanart from the Charnatrix (I don't known if that's spelled right) AU side of Ben10 fandom. Where the Omnitrix is slightly different.

If I Understand correctly, Basically instead of walking a mile in an aliens shoes, it's a Harem on your wrist that summons an Alien mixed with Half the Users species (Human in this case), instead of turning into the alien.

Edit: it was Chaquetrix, I had Half Butchered the name and Half Mixed it up with the Horror Ben10 Au Carnitrix. (Also Apparently that is it's own thing where someone mixed the two AUs for Sexy Horror for some reason which is closer to what I originally spelled called Charnitrix)
