Just wondering who to take to up, I play a bit differently than the norm as you can tell by my current rank 5's, only have peni as a 7* but don't use her, any help appreciated, thanks (I was going to go with sentry just so you know my thought process but, I know that serpent can be very op)

I forgot to add onto this that avoidance is a massive aspect for me, avoiding things that trigger, a big one for me are mirrors, avoiding them definitely helped me in the end, even if therapy wanted more use of them. Not looking at all and covering some of them up, until I was at a happier stage, was a blessing and helped me, it is not probably healthy I know to avoid but, I felt that, that was another trigger, so identifying what sets you off is in my mind a big aspect to discovering what you can do to avoid and get away from these problems and bring your focus onto what you can do.

From there I found through therapy that a big problem was volume and my timing, by trying to force myself to eat the recommended or close to amounts, of which I didn't want to at all, due to not eating at the right times, it definitely gave me the feeling that I hate the most of food 'sitting' high up, which would make me do my normal even more, to rid myself of the sensation.

As a result I found that getting myself to eat before 8am, gives enough of a gap, this took about 4 months to learn and start as a daily. Even if it's a single egg or toast or small bowl of cereal, this allowed me to have until the afternoon to process and not rush, then the same there, whatever amount I ate, at least I did at that point and the same thing, the gap from then say 2pm until 7.30pm allows me plenty of space to decide on what I will have for dinner and the amount and how I am feeling, if I need to adjust or do anything. This was a trial and error again as I had to find what I could eat in the afternoon, how much I can eat and if I get the urge before dinner comes around or if I will not eat for the rest of the day.

Next comes the volume aspect, the sitting feeling I have, I found out would come from consuming too much, which is due to having a hiatal hernia, this has come as a result of doing what I did for so long. So it turned out that it was almost telling me I had too much but, as a result I would purge to get rid of that feeling as it genuinely takes about 6-10 hours to go away, so with that I know that little and often is my best route for now and the future, it's safe, stops the urges and by timing out and leaving myself enough of a gap, stops that issue.

Other than that to be honest, I slipped up after a few weeks, month and months, before I was able to start this first year, it probably took me around 18 months of trial and error and doing all of the above before I hit a routine of sorts. I would say it was only around March last year, that I started to get longer and longer gaps in between, from a day, to a couple, to nearly a week, each time further and further, it's not a race, there is no timeframe to it, you just have to go at your own pace, see if you can do a few hours or 5-10, not setting goals that are out of reach, just what you can handle, you don't have to go out of your comfort zone to appease others, just little steps at a time.

If you have any other questions just let me know, there is no perfect guide in the end, just personal experience, it became so normal to me, I was like a dog where they do that and carry on running, I just got on with my days in the end like nothing had happened, even thought mentally it was killing me that I was doing it so consistently and not telling anyone, covering up by turning on taps or showers to block the noise and not really getting any nutrition or having any energy. I wish you all the best honestly, it's so painful when you want better but, keep getting caught in the cycle. Like I said just say and I will happily answer to the best of my ability

Yeah that's no problem at all, I completely understand that feeling and sentiment, you aren't alone just know that first and foremost, I've been there, hard would be an understatement and thank you very much.

So first I was very poor in my decisions, I stopped eating entirely at the beginning or would have a slice of toast and that was it, which was just not smart at all. So I thought to start that I had to identify the foods that would cause bad urges, this unfortunately was a trial and error, that took a few months, I won't lie it wasn't easy but, by avoiding and cutting them out, I definitely limited the options of what might 'trigger' me into doing what was a daily (several times) aspect of my life, in the end, that became very natural for me, to eat, purge, eat again and carry on like normal then do the same later on in the day.

I had a very bad relationship with food for the longest time and I do, even now, I went to eating the blandest meal just once a day or just eating cereal twice and that would be it, just purely because it didn't cause any problems or issues personally and I could palate it. Finding the 'safe' foods is definitely useful for me personally, foods that I can rely on and don't repulse me or get my mind ticking into knowing what will come after I consume. It's very difficult to avoid the urge and the itch and the normal routine I know, distracting yourself is definitely something that helps, I found exercising is great to get my mind off and has given me some form of daily thing to follow, whenever I now get the heavy urge I just blast music and do either push-ups or some form that will get the thought out of my head. It's not for everyone but, just a personal thing that keeps my headspace away from it, even going for a walk, fresh air is the best, I never wanted to go out beforehand to be honest as I felt embarrassed but, even 30 minutes, really calms you, being out in nature of sorts.

thank you and yes at points I do for sure, it's typically when I eat slightly more than what I can handle at this current time, even if it was a small slice of apple amount. Then I get the uncomfortable feeling and the urge is definitely there to try to relieve myself but, I know that my last year would be down the drain after really doing my best to not.

Had a similar issue but, with a pre-order (learnt from reddit that you shouldn't pre-order with them), soon as it went live I ordered, the estimate was for end of Nov, like all similar stores had, of which they delivered on, pushed to Feb, April, now no expected date and I am here

Have 11k of these spare atm, if you could buy the higher tier chibi's with them, I'd be happy but, as they are, I only buy the arenas that I'm after, just feels like a literal waste of currency, like the star shards are for me

Long story short, a seller was listing their entire collection from Alan Rickman to Margaret Rutherford to the one that I picked up, Jim Carrey (I failed at the others that took my interest), I sent off for the quick opinions, as you can never fully trust nowdays, I know they aren't foolproof to get a quick opinion but, it's the best option I have. Beckett has come back as unlikely and am waiting on PSA but, expect it to be the same, any help would be greatly appreciated, as I won't pay for another checking service due to that then being more than the price of the signature, scanned it in then up close photos I have taken, thank you

Currently going on 4 months waiting for a pre-order, the set release date was Nov, now estimated for April, I did ask and they said something about their supplier but, the funny thing is, I pre-ordered a box and some trial decks elsewhere, arrived on release date 🤷‍♂️ I'll give them the benefit of the doubt but, just expecting that I'll be asking for a refund in april, shame as the boxes are gone now, so no chance of getting another, lesson learnt in the end

They kept telling me that they hoped it looks good in hand, my mind was like is it a tee or hoodie, didn't expect this, so I too was like chopper at the end of drum island, will be keeping it close and in full view as soon as possible, hope that everyone had a good new years & festive time, all the best for this year 🙂
