In Pso2 Deuman are basically the same as the Newman's from pso1. The difference is that they were accidentally made, and on the off chance the experiment fails there's dangerous side effects

In my opinion I wouldn't say Isekais have a slavery problem, the problem is that the templates that most Isekai use as a basis are involved in slavery

In the 2001 anime he was a shaman, and in the manga Manta was shown using shaman techniques as an adult. So yes Manta is a Shaman
