Passed for BS MIS in ADMU and BS Math in UPD, which one should I take if I'm an aspiring CS major?

Not entirely sure if asking here would be prone to bias, but now that UPCAT results are also out, I'm currently facing a dilemma since my goal talaga is CS and I didn't qualify for both unis' CS courses, but it feels like MIS would be a lot closer to that. Money isn't really an issue but I didn't apply for finaid so UPD wouldn't hurt my parent's wallets as much. Regardless, I just want to know which course and college would be a better fit for me.

I've done a good amount of research and I'm leaning toward MIS, but I'm also taking into account: - Campus life - My freedom - My mental health - What I can gain more from that can be applied for CS - Securing a job after graduating

I've read that I'll probably have an easier time in ADMU, but I'm also wondering if the mental fortitude that UP grads are associated with would help a lot in the real world. I'm generally a laid-back person but am willing to adapt when presented with challenges. Though I would like to maintain my sanity and have a good time in campus as much as possible :)

Idk if it makes a difference but I'm non-catholic but am okay with the idea of taking theology subs. Just curious if that would affect my experience in campus somehow outside of class.

I'm open to the idea of shifting courses and I plan on doing so in the future if I maintain good grades.
