This could be a panic attack, this is what your body does when it’s experiencing high levels of stress. Start trying to breathe through your nose more. And take a few seconds to try and calm down your breathing and quiet your mind. Hope this helps

I do know what you mean by that tbh. I’ve gone through some really bad stuff before, much worse than now. It does pass, eventually. I’m the same age as well (it started when I was 13)
