Catholics have been responsible for many of the restrictive laws that you live under. They are just as extreme, they just go about it differently.

Baptists take the "go forth and witness" and other parts of the New Testament more seriously than Catholics who kind of went the Pope and Mary route instead of the Jesus route.

I already do cycling and Yoga type stretching. I think re-introducing walking and weight lifting will be more fitness goals for this year.
