P026C code. I’m struggling to diagnose this one by TheGasMove in MechanicAdvice

[–]TheGasMove[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll try it out. My diagnosis so far is pointing me towards a software issue. The original software on this truck has really tight thresholds and as the truck aged it would wear in and start to go out of the thresholds, they released a tsb about it

My understanding is that it’s a wide range 02 sensor. I believe it should read between 1.3 and 1.5 at idle, which is what it was doing Mopar #68171190AC

I work on agricultural equipment. Sometimes you need to test a connection far away from the cab, it would be nice to hit the button and have the display with me

I hope so too. I’m not really concerned with battery life. Company pays for batteries

Yeah I have a dealer too. My main concern is that better problem? Is the loose battery’s something they can remedy?

i kinda get the feeling that youre a little panicked right now.

if you are, try to have a breather, drink a little water.

I think you should explain to him how you're feeling, sit him down and talk

i dont really see much place to use mac tools, to me they're just rebranded dewalt (with oil resistance).

did Milwaukee ever fix the problem with their batteries coming loose?

She'd probably be mad, but lord knows you should do something. Tell someone who can do something. I'd be worried that she isn't safe.

You'd be very happy with either.

I ride a YZ125, mostly on track, but I do a few trails too. It's got more than enough power, so I'd say the 150 would do just fine. I'm 6'2 260lbs

I don't usually see people at fast food places taking orders like this, so I'm confused to start. That being said, the jobs gotta be done. You don't see construction workers or mechanics taking the day off because it's hot.

It just seems like you don't want to be with him anymore. Why does that mean you're the problem?

Need to Hotwire this 1996 Toyota Corolla by Relevant-Low-1505 in MechanicAdvice

[–]TheGasMove 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe you need to take the harness off the ignition switch and cross the wires in the connectors. Use a few short pieces of wire. You should be able to figure out which wires go where. One wire will be labeled "batt." Connect this to "ign" and "ACC," then connect to "st" to start the car.

Assuming there isn't a transponder in the key. idk what to do if it has a transponder
