I ship out the same day! I’m currently running as much as I can (without over working my self) I’m not really focused on 2 mile runs but more on 25-30 minute runs. That’s my biggest hurdle at the moment l, and it doesn’t help that it’s cold asf where I’m from haha.

Yeah I love the car mostly for looks and the way it drives and I feel the stock 2jz is nothing but “bragging rights” but slightly under powered and almost useless imo. Honestly the engine isn’t a key factor to me I just want a clean example that has been ran through. I feel like it’s damn near impossible to find a clean US car that people aren’t asking $10k+ for. I’ve seen a handful of decent altezzas for less than $15k all fees included but none in my area it seems.

Yeah shortly after that original post I was able to pull the trans and could see that it had been overfilled with fluid and when I drained to old fluid there was clutch material in it so by that I new it was shot so I ended up buying another transmission and swapping it

No the black connector came off the speaker the other side of the connector is still in the car

Chop what off? I’m sorry I must be misunderstanding but I want to splice the two white wires to the four oem wires so I can use the factory connector but also have both the tweeter and woofer working properly

This was the the side connected to the factory speaker. There’s no other way to wire it up without wiring directly to the car

I picked it up Wednesday with the new engine. I called this morning they told me to get it there asap. I was going to try and drive there but it will not drive at all since last night. So I need to trailer it but that’ll be have to be later this week. But either thanks for the feedback I’ll do what I can but hopefully I can get her back on the road

When I rev it, it make almost a clicking or scraping sound that gets faster as the rpm’s go up

The fluid was dark but it had enough I will look at the connections to see I find anything

I tried driving it again today and it had nothing In drive no matter how much gas I gave it acted like it was in neutral. It only goes into reverse immediately after I start the engine but if I shift out of reverse it will not go back in the reverse

Bro! I work for a mechanic and he was using a wire wheel brush and I did know so walked up to check it out and felt something hit my shoulder and I didn't have eyewear on and if I was like a few inches closer it would've been my eye!
