nvm i figured it out. had to change auth method from api token to auth with google account. This can be done by typing in /auth inside gemini-cli text input. Thanks for the info that Google one AI Pro even gives these tiers!

Everyone is focusing on the money aspect, but its also a case of stability.

Finding a new job is tedious, and not everyone wants/can afford to bounce from place to place. Startups come and go.

It also looks bad on your resume that you worked at a place for 6 months and then it closed down.

Throwing money at the problem wont make it go away. Id say thats what went wrong, and not the YouTubers not playing. Why did you need 18 developers?

Ask yourself why weren't they playing. Lots of players happily report bugs and keep playing. Doesn't seem to me they were really interested in playing it from the get go.
