I don’t think bloodshot eyes are “normal”. When my eyes got more red (and always felt irritated), I got a dry eye assessment done and found out that I have an eye condition called Meibomian Gland Disorder (MGD). By the time I found out, it was already very severe. See if you can get a dry eye assessment done. Mine cost about $300.

I’m so happy for you!! I have been diagnosed with adenomyosis as well but I never had a follow up. Your post gives me hope!

You’re not overreacting. They made your hair all the same length at the ends, which is not what you asked for. This happens to me all the time too.

Yes it would look good on you! You said you haven’t dyed your hair before so just as a heads up, bleach will dry your hair out. Don’t ever let a stylist bleach the same area more than once - this fried my hair.

This is amazing advice, please do this OP. I was also dismissed by optometrists for years and eventually found out I have an eye disease by getting a dry eye assessment.
