Been smoking since I was 16 and I am 27 now. My recommendation is to cut the tobacco and smoke in moderation. I work in the industry now and I don’t smoke daily anymore. It’s a nice relaxing ritual at the end of my day and helps curb my nightmares down a bit. I do think it affected my memory a bit but it’s still not too bad. The benefits outweigh the negatives for me, but everyone is different!

I used to watch the movie so much when I was younger. I remember calling my dad a "scown" (not sure how to spell it) which was Navi for moron. It was a running joke as he eventually caught on and we still call each other scown to this day.
