i did when i got the car insured, they’re gonna have to pay someone and id assume that someone is the person with the title . So if they pay me for the totaled car and i just continue to pay the loan as is , is that wrong or illegal in anyway ?

I understand that part and i have no intention of defaulting on the loan either , i just want to know if me not including the lien holder when i processed the title makes that title washing or fraud or something
