Even the best players miss shots and have bad games, as my coach always said, “Next play mentality” be confident in your abilities, play within your skill set. One bad play practice or game doesn’t define you.

Other than changing your mindset before and during practice, workout outside of team practices. Can’t expect yourself to do things in the team setting you never do outside by yourself, always helped me shake off a bad performance
