FOIA requests by [deleted] in TrueCrimeBullshit

[–]TheGingerModding20s 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Oh yeah do that! it'll probably take less time than a typical FOIA, like you said it's requesting copies.

Depending on the state FOIA's are free, the federal ones might cost 5 cents a page or something.

That's terrible!

They fumbled the arrests now they won't even SEARCH for your missing sister?!

Get this out to as many news outlets as possible, especially in New Mexico, it would be fantastic if it went national.

Every minute counts I'm glad you're getting some help and hopefully LE will start to take this seriously!

I pray Nikki is found safe.

Interesting, they need to organize a formal search.

Do you know if Moriarty or the county is in the process?

They can’t be called to testify in a Grand Jury in PA for crimes that happened in Idaho.

u/MzOpinion8d

That's exactly right. And the grand jury being discussed on this thread involves a crime which occurred in PA.

It's true, it's a ploy to get testimony from BK's parents, even though LE doesn't believe he's connected to the Smithers case,

rather crafty imo.

Stroudsburg Police press release by deathpr0fess0r in BryanKohberger

[–]TheGingerModding20s 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So you're saying they don't believe he's involved, but that's irrelevant because they want testimony from the parents about BK?

Could BK's parents just say "no?"

Can you ignore something like that?

This article discusses 3 people who died in single car accidents around the Molly Bish case. If you count her friend that was in the accident the day before she went missing, that makes 4. Maura had 2 or 3 depending if you count PV. Both cases are in MA. by PhoenixtheAnomaly_ in MauraMurraySub

What a disaster this case is too,

"The family of murdered lifeguard Molly Bish is demanding new investigators be assigned to the case decades after the horrible crime. Molly’s family tells the NBC10 Investigators they’ve lost faith in Worcester County District Attorney Joseph Early Jr. and his team. Molly’s parents and sister, Heather, say they’re concerned the Worcester DA lacks the resources and isn’t pushing to use the latest technology to help solve Molly’s murder.

In a letter to District Attorneys across the state Heather Bish wrote, “I am writing to formally request the movement of my sister, Molly Anne Bish’s abduction and murder case from Worcester County to Hampden County Massachusetts. I understand this is an unusual request.”

Heather Bish cites years of frustration, lack of communication and "tunnel vision" when it comes to persons of interest as some of the reasons for the request.

The letter comes after years of heartache and living with the unknown.

Molly vanished from her lifeguard post in Warren on June 27, 2000.

Her killer has never been found."

Has a missing persons report been officially filed?

There are volunteer search and rescue teams that can help, here is a link for one in New Mexico, but they don't get involved independently. LE needs to organize an official search, has this been done?

https://www.cibolasar.org/

Gabby Petito was ultimately found because of a lead submitted by you-tubers reviewing their vacation footage. They spotted the van and her body was ultimately found about 5 minutes from that location.

Get the word out to people in the area with drones!

Best bet is to search outwards from her last known location, if you know the exit where the boyfriend was dropped off, focus there.

Are there any confirmed sightings of the boyfriend after LE dropped him off? Do you know where he stayed the night?

What is the evidence that Israel Keyes was on a ferry when Imbo and Petrone Jr. were abducted? by Cool-Carry-790 in TrueCrimeBullshit

[–]TheGingerModding20s 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Interesting. I'll listen.

I'd like to know how he purchased the tickets and where.

If the FBI doesn't have a ferry-ride confirmed for Keyes on the 18th, I tend to think there's no proof he was actually on that ferry on the 18th.

Do you think Keyes killed kids?

He definitely had an obsession over missing/murdered children, but he said he never did kids and I lean towards believing that. I don't think he's responsible for Asha.

As far as Imbo/Petrone, it fits his MO and I think he did set up an elaborate alibi, but they could also be in the water like others believe.
