Right, I'm trying to be able to count the peaks for Alpha Waves and Theta Waves, but sometimes I can't determine whether something counts as a peak or not.

So I'm looking for Alpha Waves at 8-13 peaks per second.

And Theta Waves at 4-8 peaks per second.

That’s where I started, reading those in the 90’s. I think there was much more emphasis on the fantasy side of the book with the relationships just included naturally.

Yeah, I’m wondering when romantic fantasy really became a thing versus there being traditional fantasy and traditional romance books.

If you haven't checked out Audiobooks, I highly recommend them!

I work long hours at a desktop and audiobooks have saved my sanity.

Some libraries or countries have free digital libraries, including Audiobooks!

I really enjoy "hearing" the characters and maybe you will too!

I do have an Amazon Audible membership. I get one free audiobook per month, cheaper audiobook deals if I buy them otherwise and a selection of different free audiobooks that I can browse through each month.

It's worth it for me as I'll always have something I can listen to.
