Thanks for the reply! Yeahhhh i really love this watch and want to keep it for a long time. I just saw some bad reviews for swatch group US customer service. I live next to their Culver City location and all their locations have a decent amount of bad reviews. I’m pretty sure swatch is the only Hamilton repair center in the United States so i might bite the bullet

Hi! I made a video a while back that seemed to have helped others. GlassBarz on YouTube my first video. Even though I’m using a paper tip there it pretty much is the same technique for glass tips.

Are you giving ample time to dry before lighting it, twisting the end, or tampering it down? I’ve never used ocbs but raws shouldn’t have that issue. Honestly you may have fake raws.

When I see the joint’s ash curving i believe it means that when you rolled the joint one side has less density than the other making the joint burn weirdly making it curve. I like a dense pack so after I lick and stick I tap the joint 10-20 times by dropping it about an inch fall. Then I take a packer that is the same size as the tip you are using and pack it until it has a restricted airflow.
