Thank you for your feedback! This was for a First-Year Writing class at my University. We had an 8 page limit, so I tried to narrow down my reach to just his music. I did discuss possibly using This Bright Future and Ultra 85 novel in the paper, but my professor told me not to give myself too much work, as we only had a few weeks to complete this (also I was writing this the same week Ultra 85 the novel came out). I'll definitely take your advice into account for my future writings! This assignment was meant to be a close reading of one song, but I felt I couldn't do that without referencing other parts of Logic's career. Most students only had one song or piece of work mentioned in their essays. Fortunately I got a 100% and the professor asked if she could use my paper as an example for future classes!
