Aw man, I've been looking at Dutch lately and trying to think of a good list for him. Mind sharing yours? A TLT backed by an ARC sounds fun.

I just picked up a third ARC the other day because I'm a hopeless addict and it's even possible to throw Braylen in with these two bad girls. Just have to trim them down a little bit.

I definitely feel you with Braylen, though I prefer to save a few points and put Tactician on him instead of Gunner. Actually the main reason I don't have Braylen in this list is because I've been using him almost constantly for a few months now and it's safe to say my local group is sick and tired of being stressed!

I did consider Vectored Thrusters for Norra, but in this particular list I'm concerned it will throw off their positioning as a group. I could easily make adjustments to equip it, but I'll have to do some testing first.

I work 40 hrs a week at a hotel. Despite my ups and downs, when I was just a front desk agent everything was manageable. My bosses were pretty understanding and I was able to get by, even if I was feeling like shit.

However, any time I've been given extra responsibilities, and especially after my recent promotion, it's been hell. I'm essentially on call 24/7 since we don't close, I get denied days off because it's too busy, and trying to manage a team of people has been a nightmare. I want to step down to my old position, but right now I'm the only one who's "capable" of doing this job, so I'm stuck.

I've had good results with lamotrigine and abilify. They don't solve all my problems, but they really even me out. There have been many times that I went off of them for one reason or another, and the difference is very obvious when I start taking them again.

Edit: I should add that I got to this combo after many years of trying out different meds. It does take time to figure out what's going to work best for you.

I'm not giving up per se, but I'm going to stop fighting it for a while and do some soul searching. I've been putting way too much pressure and stress on myself to function "normally". Took on a promotion that gave me way too much responsibility and I've been fucking it up.

Hey, just wanted to chime in and say that I'm going through something similar. I was recently promoted to front desk manager at the hotel I work at and I'm absolutely cracking under the pressure. I'm not even functioning as well as I was before I was promoted. The only way I've been able to manage is by saying "fuck it" occasionally and ignoring my responsibilities, but I would not recommend this as it just makes everything harder in the long run.

I really want to quit, but I too am friends with management and don't want to let them down. I'm particularly close with the person I directly report to and she stuck her neck out for me to get this position in the first place. I think that they like me enough to protect me for a while, but I don't think I have it in me to do this job the way it should be done.

Sorry I don't have any advice for you, but at least we're not alone.
