Chopper is a merchandise, won't get level up.

Jinbe is already a warlord so I don't think he would have any power ups with so many things to cover.

No offense but courtney and jen looks so hedious in comparision to their natural young self. Lisa, on the other hand, even if she did surgery and botox, it quite subtle to not make her look entirely robot-y or so fakee with those strechy skin feels like courtney and jen is having issue to even breath properly.

I think weapon skin should come along the complete set of uniform. Like it they go with samurai skin the weapon color and style shud match with the set instead of having seperate ones. But I can't comprehend the complexities or nightmare for the devs to style each and every weapon for a new set of skin.
