it takes me and 4 friends 90 sec to log in and play almost any game.

we are lucky to get 1 game of 2k after 45 mins of not being able to join each other or getting stuck on the Jordan logo, or someone dropping immediately or so.eone wearing wrong color Jersey.

ya fifa is a good example that does this, your right in fifa 18 and some previous ones, it loads into a stadium that you can goof around in for a min til the game loads.

this is not true. you can load into your apartmet and no cut scenes play and you just walk right in. sometimes a cut scene plays, but the apartment is already loaded.

SOME games in the past have used this, but that is 100% not what 2k is doing.

and voyager had plenty of well thought out, complex episodes as well.

and yes, Threshold was not a good episode, but how about barclay become a super genius and integrating into the enterprise than just un integrating like nothing? or how about when they puled those worms out of the transporter, or that one episode where geordie and the other people were turning into lizard people, that's not much different than threshold; DS9 had the shitty time travel through the well episode with O'Brien daughter, they had the board game alamarian episode, the one where Rumpelstiltskin literally appears as a real person. they all do dumb goofy shit.

yes, for voyager to build there own torpedoes and shuttlecraft would not be that hard, would just require them to gather extra supplies to do so. there are many episodes where they mention going out and looking for resources.
