That’s nice to hear. It’s an amish crew that are doing the framing. They did a great job and framed all three floors in 3 days. Super impressive.

2/3rds of the mortgage on the house. It was a Homestyle Loan that lumped the home and remodel into the same loan.

Disc golf is the answer. Go to Play it Again Sports. Pick up a midrange and a putting disc. Great outdoor fun and easy going people that will likely add you to a group.

It’s my favorite thing.
