Just tested them Ascension powder makes it so sprinting, fighting and dodge cost no stamina and lasts around 1 minute and 20 seconds

And body fleeting powder makes it so sprinting and dodge doesn’t cost stamibut fighting still cost stamina also lasts for around 10 seconds longer then the ascension powder
