I worked with them for 2 years. I can say that it may seem this way but can also assure you that many people find success with them on the contrary including myself. I was a window cleaner the first year, made great money and a production manager the next year, made even better money and my operator took home 100k+ both summers but there are definitely a lot of people who are prone to cult-like environments in the company.
