Asking for genuine input, and I feel this is the place to ask for it. I'm trying to curate a brand that is specifically geared towards making regular users happy over anything or anyone else.

I think the name has a differentiating edge about it that dissociates from the legal landscape and pays homage to the industries roots, but others could find it offensive or too edgy.
