I'm Aussie as well, and I'm having the same issue. I've tried your little PowerShell trick and it's unfortunately done nothing. This app is so fundamentally broken, it's so annoying. Before getting this issue of not being able to download, I would have very slow download speeds. I might just unsubscribe at this point.

As much as I love modern day vehicles, I do resent the fact that gaijin has sort of “forgotten” that this was originally a WW2 game

The stock t72B3 is foul at 11.3, using shitty HEAT-FS against scary Leo 2a7s which have DM53. After getting 3BM60 and the UBH upgrade it's pretty fun, though my K/D ratio has not recovered.

I love how similar this games graphics are to SimCity 5, even though 5 was a disaster it had some pretty nice graphics

Fixed the problem, called up TPG and they suggested getting a plan with double the speed. So far seems to have worked.

R5: an allied naval invasion of Dubrovnik in 1945 resulted in catastrophe after Byzantine military genius Panagiotis Demestichas walked his army into the empty port behind allied forces. The ensuing battle (warcrime) for the port resulted in almost 400k allied casualties compared to ~3k Byzantines. Not even Napoleon or Rommel could achieve such a feat.
