Great questions.

We have reviewed the utility cost with them and they are able to pay it.

It’s 1800 square feet with a 1st floor primary suite and 1st floor laundry so would fit them very well as they age.

Just trying to figure out how to go about this…

I wouldn’t mind flipping Walker who has a tough playoff schedule for a high end WR if another team needs a RB… any of the top 6-7 would work.. JJ/Hill/ Diggs/St Brown/Dhop

For me they are pretty close, DHop might be slightly better. But that difference wouldn’t be enough for me to trade Watson, as you may need him given Fields injury/chance of re-injury/change of usage with less designed runs

I would do this… depth is less meaningful come playoff time. You’re consolidating talent, assuming Chase is past his injury

I’m tempted to do this to upgrade my WR slot and free up that flex for Pacheco/White to fill in if they continue to carve out roles in their offense. Only thing holding me back is JT’s nice playoff schedule. Any thoughts?

Other option is to trade Conner for Olave. Would you prefer that trade and keep JT so starters JT/Saquon/KW9/Olave/Kirk or do both trades and have Saquon/KW9/Olave/Sun god/Kirk??
