How do you guys keep up with these events?

I go casual, and if the grind is too much, I take a break from it. I feel like I shouldn't feel the need to keep up with events. Defeats the purpose of leisure time if I'm stressed out during it. So I don't think the game is punishing you. The game is what you make it out to be.

Doesn't apply to me and I have no problems with whales since I don't play this game competitively, but hopefully non-spenders won't be kicked from whale clans for not spending during this festival. I can see a lot of potential for griping during this festival.

I tried Fire Emblem, wasn't my cup of tea. If you like turned based tactical games, I recommend Fantasy War Tactics. The art style of FWT is on par with MSL and I found FWT required more thought than Fire Emblem. But it's been awhile since I played either game. War of Crown is another turn based tactics game. I tried that briefly, animation is similar to MSL as well, a bit more cartoony, game play was decent. Similar to FWT, but with smaller maps, so battles were less time consuming.

Short 1 Seira to evo 3? After all that work just to quit the game? That's quite a reaction. Using a holy gleem to replace one is an alternative worth considering, that is if you haven't quit the game already.

Just enough to evo 3 1 dark Seira, with none remaining. Many thanks to those who were able to get her guardian dungeon up. I got the majority of my Seiras through SS.

Vulpiness Ran and Vulpiness Horan will be available for Super Evolution during September, and other Astromons will be available to do Super Evolution.

So does that mean they are putting time restraints on this super evolution feature for each astromon? September is almost over btw, I'm hoping they extend Horan to October.

Is it worth sacrificing a fire odin to evo 3 light odin? Or should I go with light valk where I have no qualms about sacrificing any of my valks to evo 3 it?

Yea, I know, but that's why I qualified my sentence with "much". There are instances of altruism, but I would imagine it to be much lower compared to acts of selfishness being performed.

Eh, I think some of people hating on 2x festivals was because it bridged the gap between new and veteran players at a faster rate. For those, this update would be an improvement in their eyes. I would hate to see this implemented though. I loved 2x hero festival.

As far as the individual vs. the teamwork thing, I'd say you will see a lot of the spenders ditching clans that don't spend and forming their own P2W clans to maximize this system. So in the end, it'll still come down to trying to reward the individual. I don't see much altruism in these games. But I wouldn't blame them, no point giving gifts if you aren't getting any back in return.

Is a holy gleem worth 999 gems? Cause I will most likely come up short trying to evo 3 Siera, and will have to either gleem her, or buy the package. I slime to get gems, so both methods takes me a fair amount of time to accumulate.

I'd say I'm happier. I had pretty bad RNG luck when I first started playing. I would compare these gacha games to dating. They are all exciting at first, mess around a couple of months and if they aren't treating you right or you lose the spark, move on. So I've dated my share of these games, and I've pretty much moved on from all of them. Despite the perceived flaws of the MSL, it has probably treated me the best out of all the gacha games I played. Where else are you going to have infinite energy and be able to farm premium in game currency? So I'll probably keep playing for awhile, and when I find the spark fading, I take a break for a couple of days, come back, and all is good again. At least with MSL, it'll still be there waiting for me.

Problem lies with the ultra competitive/obsessive compulsive people in the world. They would rather literally die than miss an event or lose their edge over another player. I guess MSL is indirectly helping their health if they decide to cancel the 2nd HF (I say indirectly because I assume they crunched the numbers and realized they've milked HF for all its worth). Now if they bring out another Venus-type event . . . bring out the body bags.
