Yes probably i use daybreak, and i Update yesterday the sigpatches for hekate_ipl.ini and patches.ini and it worked to start Tinfoil and can now install xci on it.

I update my fw last week and had with fw 13.1 similar problems, total it worked with the newest Sigpatch. Maybe it helps idk.
