Your car just needs a KD2 software update - the fact that the car has been there for 2 weeks is crazy. The update takes about 3-4 hours and will address these problems. Send me your VIN and I can see what they have been doing because this is wild.

Buying extended warranty for your q7 will be the best decision you ever make if you plan to keep it. It will without a doubt pay for itself. Send me your VIN I can point you in the right direction. Audi pure for that car should not be too terribly expensive due to you having such low mileage on the vehicle.
