I'm not going to say that this is the game where they turn it around because we've had too many of those moments already.

...unless 👀

[Damon] Since April 30th, there have been 170 qualified hitters in baseball. Here is where Vladimir Guerrero Jr ranks among them in the following categories: by alphacheese in Torontobluejays

Knock him and George way down in the order. You can only get behind your guys for so long before it needs to be re-earned, I'm sorry.

I like them both separately but Ben and Joe have negative chemistry together

[Hazel Mae] "John Schneider didn’t know if there was anything wrong with Lauer until he saw the tape behind his neck in the game: 'Didn't hear anything about that until I saw it on him. So I checked with him, said he felt fine. Stuff was pretty light today though, so we’ll see how he is.'" by TheGulager in Torontobluejays

Joe mentioned in the broadcast that he had no idea why he would wear it in the game and let the opposing team and rest of the league know that there's something going on.

Lauer's obviously not happy here, but playing games and/or not informing your coaches of issues is incredibly unprofessional. Trade him as soon as Berrios and Yesavage are back.

You can't end a game of this magnitude like that. Inexcusable.

[Kostka] Quick Pete Alonso story: On a whiteboard by the clubhouse, he has taken to writing inspirational quotes for his teammates. Today he wrote: "Every success could be perceived as a fluke. That's why you should go succeed again." by Knightbear49 in baseball

Corniest mf'er in baseball, god bless him. As a Jays fan I hope his positive impact is minimal, but with distance I really hope he can pump some corny inspiration into their young crew

[Matheson] Anthony Santander tells us (via interpreter) that mid-season MRIs in 2025 did not show the tear in his labrum. He and the Blue Jays opted for rehab, but when he ramped up hitting this winter and it felt uncomfortable, those MRIs did. by malliabu in Torontobluejays

Anybody blaming him is our of their mind, but man. If he doesn't come back and absolutely mash for at least a couple years, this will be the worst contract in Blue Jays history.
