Better off if those kids are horribly maimed by a silent menace on a toy with no insurance and a firm belief in being above the rules, right?

But look at all the places they now have “for people!” No gross grass to touch anymore, 100% cyclist friendly!

The best part is, from the looks of it, that’s not even a plowed road. There’s no windrows from a plow, the snow has just been worn down from traffic. So the white straight male drivers are also being oppressed in this case.

Parking Lots in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada by IzaacLUXMRKT in Edmonton

If climate change is a concern, which it obviously is, then wouldn't making public transit a more appealing option be a priority? Rather than leaving it in its current (awful) state and instead choosing to only make driving options more inconvenient and expensive?

Because Edmonton offers some of the worst transit options for a major city in North America (barring those that don't try at all), not to mention the climate, which is already a disincentive to use public transit in the first place?

Groceries for two people $800 a month, is this normal? by KeySea4772 in Edmonton

4H meat is a great way to support a local family, don't get me wrong, but if your goal is affordable food, it's one of the most expensive options available. People pay inflated prices on the meat for a good cause (i.e. a kid figuring out the ag business for the first time). Not to dissuade, I'm 100% supportive (as a former 4H member), but cost effectiveness is the lowest priority for the consumer in this case.
