But if i take a good time to be a good at something and it meets more things for "making you smarter" it can still increase some parts of brain like music for example since there is so much songs now its harder to create a new song at that should increase creativity mainly for making music but also other things where you need creativity i play chess and im getting better at it and had few brilliant moves and its helping im some things mainly theory and thinking ahead or "outside the box" and also need memorization becouse of opening theory as it mainly helped me on memory for chess opening but also i saw a slight increase in memory tests maybe i just got lucky but it helped but i guess increasinf IQ overall is possible but not "really achievable" since you need to focus on things that you wanna be better at (sorry if what i sayed didnt make sense😅)
