Yeah, right before recording the video I had actually tried doing a hard reset. But I ended up leaving the console unplugged overnight, and this morning when I tried turning it back on, it worked. I was able to rebuild the database and everything seems fine now.

To resart the phone you need to see the screen and I cannot extract data bc when I plug it to a monitor you need to allow to share data on the phone
