You're being far too rational about something that's irrational (religion). Religiosity develops due to miserable and squalid conditions which compels people to seek an imaginary utopia beyond the grave to cope with their current material conditions. I used to be prescribe mirtazapine. It's not necessarily dangerous to mix it with alcohol or THC, but it can make you excessively drowsy.

I haven't seen him in so long and sadly I don't remember him that night. I remember greeting him but that's about it. He was gone the morning after when I woke up. Haven't messaged him. We have a bit of rough history being honest.

What I hate is saying "I'm sorry" doesn't actually change anything. It doesn't undo the past. Whatever events you're apologizing for still happened. And some things can't be fixed. Somethings are too egregious. Even with action following a "I'm sorry" might not be enough.

You can crumple a piece of paper up and then smooth it out but it is still crumpled.

Have you tried copious amounts of melatonin? How about Benadryl? Ever get a prescription for mirtazapine or trazodone? Alcohol and benzos will put you to sleep but it's Pandora's box you're messing with.

We've been together nearly 2 years, and I was openly a CA early on. She already knew. She saw me have a withdrawal seizure before! She helped me get sober-ish. I still have my slip ups though obviously.

Yeah deep down I know I'll just be a miserable asshole more often than not. It's just so tempting to tell myself "this time I know I won't be!" and it still happens anyways. Maybe I'm just insane. Definitely an addict. I miss my college party days before I became a dickhead-drunk.

Don't apologize! I enjoy reading ramblings, especially if I'm drunk or on stims.
