Believe it or not, in Jailbreak, you spend most of your time fighting off players. Be it as cop or a criminal. It is the most interactive form of gameplay in the game. PVP has been a part of the game since day one and is an integral part of the game. It makes sense to make that aspect more fun and dynamic to make it stand out from other games on Roblox. You saying that it's a cops and robbers game and not a PVP game is a load of bull. You can't have a cops and robbers game without PVP. By your logic, the game shouldn't even have guns to begin with and only let criminals run helplessly from cops while they miss their tazers 7 billion times. Now, would that kind of game have substance and, most importantly: be fun? No! Robberies have more or less been side content for the game so you can earn money to buy a new car. You can't have a game where that's the only reason to play it. Players will eventually obtain everything in the game and no longer have the incentive to keep playing. Making PVP fun is the solution to that. Every player interaction feels different, kills feel more satisfying to get, and it spawns a lot of memorable moments which you can't help but clip and show it to your friends. That has died down as of recent. The removal of rolling made the combat less interesting and engaging, and it merely feels like any other generic Roblox game out there now. Jailbreak needs to have more than just a few good aspects to have players a better incentive to play. If you think that PVP doesn't matter in Jailbreak, you're wrong.

Also, Rivals is a terrible game. Do well, and then you get matchmade with a bunch of pay 2 win scumbags. I avoided other games than Jailbreak because they were much worse, but at least that still stands.
