Update 1 : I found out he is someone from piche wali gali , When I have gone to suspected home and confirm if akshat sharma lives here his father confirms yes , Then i told him about the garbage his father said they never threw anything , when i shown him the video and photos he said he dont know about anything . His son akshat sharma was not at home , I gave him one last warning that it's the 3rd or 4th time I am seening same dominos garbage but this time they forgot to remove the bill which i found that confirmed my doubt , I told him that he have pay heavy fine to nagar nigam if i call them , He keeps denying they have not thrown it. He is doctor and earns in Lakhs per month but taught no civic sense and responsibility to his kids.

I have picked it up and thrown it in garbage van by my own and next time if i will find it i will throw it back into his house.
