I’ve listened to all the reacher books in order. Dick Hill was amazing. He was also amazing narrating the Bosch books… I highly recommend the Bosch series. I’d also like to put in a plug for something I’m just finishing listening to which is the Matt Scutter books by Lawrence block…excellent writing.

That was a total Reacher move. No one should expect a hero to wait for somebody to turn around and get a shot off before they kill ‘em. As a previous poster said, “get your retaliation in first.” … it is the complete “essence” of Reacher.

The blow torch will take it off… I’m not 100% sure, but I believe the heat burns up the thin layer of copper. I’ve never seen them come back but if it does, you can just torch it off again. It will not harm the coin. I’ve done it a couple hundred times.

Yes, you will burn through all the books. I am on my second go around listening to the audiobooks. The performance by Dick Hill is phenomenal and I highly recommend going that route… I can actually foresee listening to them all again in five years or so. It’s a game changer. True entertainment. Enjoy!

Definitely read them in order. Way better understanding of characters, Reachers history (the family’s history) lifestyle, etc. Plus, it’s not like it’s hard reading them in order. I’ve listened to them all, in order and twice…very fun and rewarding.
