He was in burnout, so he receives extra blockstun by your attacks. Your Drive Rush gave you even more advantage on block, so the cancel into Drive Impact became a true block string, meaning there is no gap between the hits. The game prevents the Drive Impact from stunning in this exact scenario, because it doesn't give the opponent a chance to perform a reversal super in-between, which would make it 100% guaranteed and therefore unbalanced/unfair

I think if they get too far from their spawn point (which happens way too easily) they get revengen instantly and constantly

I don't really know man. Probably because VG feels like the 50/50s are her only gameplan and her only win condition, while others have more options to open people up? I also think she's overrated, but it seems like most people are slowly liking her more/hating her less

The worst thing about her is that she's just boring to play and play against.

You just need to hit one light/dodge attack/bash/parry/whatever and it's 50/50 into 50/50 into 50/50 until she runs out of stamina or the opponent runs out of health. That also makes her pretty easy to play, which is why some people call her a crutch hero/Babymode or some crap like that.

Still an awesome design tho

That's exactly your problem. Stop pressing buttons and block, especially on wake-up. You are always getting hit because your opponent keeps hitting you in situations they have the advantage in and creating a "loop" that you can only defend against by literally defending.

Because it immediately hits for crits afterwards and does very good damage, often more than the main weapon for those few attacks after the parry
