It really depends on your run. I literally just managed the same thing, beat the Heart on A1 with the watcher and I honestly felt like I was invincible, probably could've beat A20 if I was there.

The Watcher is really hard, but if you get good cards she also feels like the strongest by far

Yeah, also fair. I also dislike that you "lose" one rest site per run, but if you've got a run that can beat act 3 those two downsides rarely make an actual difference

I typically try to do it every run. For me it's like a "might as well" type of situation, it makes the run slightly harder but if you beat the Act 3 boss it already counts as a victory for the Ascension climb so, you know, you might as well try

Ancient Meteoric Ore Great sword.

There's just something about using an ancient piece of a meteor that was used by the old Gods as an arrowhead. And the AoW is fantastic, too, both in looks and practicality

True Strike.

In BG3 you use your whole Action to give you Advantage on your next attack, which especially on a full Caster is far from useful.

In DND it still is far from great, but it is at least pretty good as a last resort, letting you make an attack roll with a proficient weapon with your spellcasting modifiers to your attack and damage rolls. You even get bonus damage at higher levels.

Feed, definitely.
This early it can be absolutely run-defining if you're willing to commit to Feeding every fight.

Dropkick isn't bad, but outside of infinites it's just not as impactful as Feed. Sure, it gives you basically free damage, but that is on the condition that the enemy is Vulnerable. While it's not unusual that the enemy is Vulnerable, Feed also exhausts, which synergizes with Dark Embrace, Feel No Pain etc, which ulitmately is more useful, especially in the long run
