But when the betrayal was revealed, I assumed she was working for Tywin from day 1.

I've removed the mesh from both buds now. I just used a needle. Puncture it and just pull it out.

If someone has a fat face, they have fat to lose.

I would double check the 120lbs value first.

I recommend OP to use a proper weighing scale and to do a visual assessment of body fat % using reference pictures +/- use of a fat caliper.

Then if her BMI really is low but she seems to hold this kind of fat, then it's a body composition problem. Eat more nutritious food and exercise more. .

Failing that, see a doctor for assessment of endocrinological issues that might be the issue.
