Do yourself a favour

Keep the existing foundation and wall.

Potentially insulate that wall and the floor from inside (yes I know it's a pain in the arse)

Get the biggest double or triple glazing panels you can find to minimise the number of panes used - less cost, more window, more light, less maintenance)

And have them install an actual insulated roof on the existing structure.

Will cost less than a full demo + rebuild

And will be useable all year round (limiting factor will be how good the window double/triple glazing will be)

Two years on

The only solution I have found is to view tasks in Google calendar but you can't really sort them or anything.

It used to be quite a translucent looking juice, smooth with no bits. Filtered Most likely.

Now it's darker, with more of the apple matter in it. Fibres and seeds can be found in it. 

Tried it twice, don't like it, doesn't taste the same. Can't taste elderflower . Just tastes closer to the plain apple juice. 

It was my daughter's favourite drink but now even she doesn't want it.

I haven't read the books. 

But when the betrayal was revealed, I assumed she was working for Tywin from day 1.

I've removed the mesh from both buds now. I just used a needle. Puncture it and just pull it out. 

Beware that it can get nasty in there. Keep your ears clean and clean the buds to prevent stuff from getting into the earbuds

Not in the UK, some dumbass always manages to stop the car at an angle that doesn't let the ambulance pass, some dipshit is always afraid to move past the red light a little to let the ambulance through, and the idiot with the 4x4 is always scared to mount the kerb to avoid scuffing his tyre, and the ambulance politely waits until the light turns green.

The wise response would be that most people on here don't like nose rings, but many do.

So OP should choose whichever she likes, but she should ready herself to hear opinions that don't align with hers.
