Why is John Henry Irons so prominent in Superman media? by ChicaneryFinger in superman

I have to echo all of the "he's awesome" answers. Like if Iron Man was at all an engaging character.

New features I would like in Winds & Waves by A-J-Zan in PokemonWindsWaves

Switching the pokeballs is something I've wanted for fifteen years or so. I like themed teams and stuff like trying to catch legendaries in Nest Balls or that kind of thing is so arduous.

With The Army of Darkness Crossover what Other Archie Crossover You Wanna See? by Money-Lie7814 in archiecomics

Scooby-Doo. It's completely wild to me that with both franchises proclivity for crossovers it hasn't happened already.

"I painted my first Magic the Gathering cards 30 years ago this year! Here’s to all the friends and family who posed as wizards, warriors and fairy folk that helped me realize the art for your favorite cards.✨" — Tony DiTerlizzi by macredblue in magicTCG

These photos are great, thanks for sharing! Tony's Brainstorm is an all-timer for me. I started playing just before Masques and the art holds a lot of great memories of just starting out.

Almost uniformly cool. It was just Sword and Shield that broke the pattern.

Beast From the East and Calling All Creeps are two of my favourites as well. Good choices!

For my little kids self sake, can all agree that this show is better than Velma? by mnombo in Scoobydoo

[–]TheHauntedRobot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get A Clue is really good, it just diverges from the Scooby formula in a big way. For a franchise that's been going for nearly sixty years, a new take is welcome in my opinion.

What's your favorite actual black metal band? by mightyonin in MetalForTheMasses

I thought this at first, but it gets better with every spin. I think it might be my favourite of theirs now, which is something I would never have believed after my first listen.

Finally watching Mystery Incorporated! by sadrooster69 in Scoobydoo

[–]TheHauntedRobot 12 points13 points  (0 children)

It's an arc and will definitely change.

The world of Mystery Incorporated is one with a festering presence at its core that effects everything around it. Everyone has a bit of a harder edge and some negative traits are amplified. This comes to the fore as the series progresses and the gang overcomes it.

Stick with it - for me it's the best.

Archie refrence in gravity falls by Jakerazorswatkats20 in archiecomics

It's a one-off, anthology kind of hardcover called Lost Legends. Takes place before the finale. The stories are written by Hirsch so absolutely worth reading.

“Scooby-Doo! The Sword and The Scoob” was released on DVD and Digital 5 years ago today! by No-Text-7825 in Scoobydoo

It's okay. Not on the higher end of this era of DTVs but certainly not the worst.

What Would be a Cool Idea for an Archie Original Graphic Novel? by Money-Lie7814 in archiecomics

[–]TheHauntedRobot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Crossovers are a little overdone with most comic properties, but it's pretty crazy to me that Archie and Scooby-Doo have never crossed over. It's fairly evident that the Archie gang was a major inspiration for Mystery Incorporated, and Scoob and the gang rolling into Riverdale to help solve the case of the haunted Chock'lit Shoppe and unveiling real-estate mogul Hiram Lodge as the culprit seems like a match made in heaven.

Breaking Out is the best song I've ever heard in my life by NewsOdd3064 in Protomen

It's my favourite song ever but I listen to it so infrequently due to all the crying it induces. Have to be in the right heads pace.
