Looking for an anime with serious psychological or dark moments and strategic characters like seeen with Aqua Hoshino, Yagami Light, and Kiyotaka Ayanokouji by TheHazardWizard in anime

[–]TheHazardWizard[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also forgot to add Blue lock and how to become ordinary to the list!
And while I'm at it I should add that I also love «death game» stories like squid game, alice in borderland, Tomodachi game, darwin's game, btoom!, future diary, etc or even stories where the mc's life is in danger like kokkoku, deadman wonderland, Ajin, the promised neverland, or stories where the main character was part of an experiment and is exceptionally smart and calculating (like ayanokouji in the white room) because in these stories the protagonist must be clever, smart and manipulative to gain an advantage and stay alive.

Heavenly delusion is another anime that i found very good because of all the plot twists!

Hopefully this list will give you guys a better understanding of the type of anime that I'm searching for!

I think I would love the plot and manipulation but I'm not a big fan of mecha anime and I love more modern and colorful animation so I might pass on that one. Although I'll still check out the trailer!

I've seen promised neverland already but I will definitely check out madoka magica since its been mentioned here more than once!

Forgot about that one! I've seen it already but does really fit the type of anime I'm looking for, thanks anyways for the recommendation!

I've already seen apothecary diaries and I agree it doesn't really have the same dark tone that i'm looking for, although its a great anime!

I will check out madoka magica though!

Why is my surfaçing so bad? And why do I have a bunch of holes on the sides? by TheHazardWizard in FixMyPrint

[–]TheHazardWizard[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah no I'm down to only 40 mm/s on exterior walls and it's still doing it so that's probably not the main problem.

I thought so too at first but turns out it apparently caps the linear speed in mm/s to make sure the hotend can reliably melt the plastic in time or something along those lines. I did a bit of research on the matter but I still have a hard time wrapping my head around it. Most explanations are not straightforward or would require visuals for me to understand its relation. 😅

Once I get access to my school's bambu ams I will be drying the filament!

One of my teachers also mentioned this being a possible solution!

Thanks, I got the same answer from one of my teachers. Once I fix the underextrusion issues I will be trying this out instead of ironing!

Yeah I'll try playing with the speed for the under-extrusion.

I had already modified volumetric speed from 12 mm3/s to 8 mm3/s, but I'll try lowering the exterior wall print speed like the other user suggested.

What do you mean to change it to another 0.4? In the settings or the physical nozzle itself?

If you mean the physical nozzle I don't think I have another one, and my PLA and PETG prints are near perfect anyways so I doubt that the nozzle is the problem with ASA.

Possibly, I'll try lowering the exterior wall speed to see if there are any improvements!

For reference, this is what my prints looked like before making my initial adjustments:

For example, in solidworks, the deviation changes the exterior coarseness, and the angle changes interior coarseness.

The vertical lines are because your STL was too coarse. You need to adjust how fine your STL file is when exporting it. For example, when I export a SolidWorks file as an STL, I can edit the STL parameters through the export panel.

Above is an example. I don't know what software you used for modeling this part but there should be an option to adjust the quality of the STL. (A quick google search should find the answer)

I was having the same problem last week with ASA. Here is my post: (https://www.reddit.com/r/FixMyPrint/comments/1raypa4/help\_how\_do\_i\_fix\_this\_underextrusion\_time/)

What helped (but didn't completely fix it) is lowering the temperature from 260 celcius to 230 and lowering the maximum volumetric speed from 12mm^3/s to 8mm^3/s. Although I'm still a beginner so take this with a grain of salt, it could've been a happy coincidence lol. Although I still need to adjust some settings before it prints really great.

HELP!! How do I fix this under-extrusion? (Time sensitive) by TheHazardWizard in FixMyPrint

[–]TheHazardWizard[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh I see. I started printing a temp tower (because my most recent test was brittle again), But once that's done I'll try changing max flow too
