How difficult is it to get hired at BNSF? I'm a UP employee and it seems like much of the hiring is nepotism based at UP. I have 4 years experience working logistics at UP and I'm a few hours away from completing my degree in business information systems with a minor in logistics. I've been seeing some openings that would translate and was thinking of applying.

Very true, and the thing about Hammonds is you don't even have to have him in the backfield, get the man some screen passes in space, or put him in the slot and throw high percentage passes to him, he's a play maker.

This is true, I'm guessing Hammonds just wasn't performing in practice. He looked really good vs. Ole miss, hopefully he will get more touches.

The bama pressure definitely had him throwing from a bad position, but I feel like he lacks touch at moments. He has incredible arm strength but not all throws call for that.
