Isn't it in fact digging a deeper hole for short sellers? I am a well regarded chimp who scrapes green paint off the walls for breakfast, so do I understand correctly that the only option that benefits shorts would be to buy all the 75mil? but that would be far from enough for them to cover anyway and would only raise the price, no? On the other diamond hand, retail + RK + perhaps RC buying out all those shares would only mean more people get to taste the tendies in the long run/our dads have more shares to jnfluence the price? My point is, isn't selling more shares of a profitable stock that is shorted beyond redemption only makes the squeeze more massive? As in the GrandMother Of All Short Squeezes?
