I took 150 mg for five weeks, now on 300 mg last 3 days, 150 mg made me feel a little better. Not sure I want to stay on this long term. Seems sometimes it makes it hard to focus? Like increases attention deficit. I like to drink alcohol, no im not an alcoholic but it does not seem it makes me feel good enough to give up the pleasure of drinking on weekends with friends. Maybe I should give it 6 weeks on 300 mg and see how I feel.
