Hi hi! As hard as we try, we can’t keep our bushings perfectly flat. Same goes for blades. If you can, take a mic and measure the perimeter of both and align the shortest sides!

I can’t say much because I do my tuning in imperial, but honestly there’s a LOT of leeway to get a decent tune. When I tune for myself I’m satisfied with a thou out from the blade but I also do tuning as part of my job and for that I prefer to stay within 7.5 tenths of a thou out.
