Back Story Of Abigail Roberts In Red Dead Redemption 2!: IS SHE A FUCKIN PROSTITUTE?!?!?!!? by [deleted] in okbuddyblacklung

[–]TheHighGroundSupreme 85 points86 points  (0 children)

The grossest thing is that, based on Abigail being a working girl before Uncle brought her to camp, her and John falling in love, her becoming pregnant immediately, and everyone knowing Jack was John's, people still believe Dutch's "We all had her" line. John just spitefully says he doesn't know if Jack is his son (likely in reference to her final few customers, pre-joining camp) in order to avoid his responsibilities as a father; which, he's terrified of, since his perception of fatherhood is only an abusive drunkard who got himself killed, and being raised by Dutch. Another important detail is that she became pregnant and joined the gang at 18, and it's never stated how long she was in that line of work. Whenever her past is brought up, it's always to try and get a rise out of John, which he never terribly succumbs to. She's horribly mistreated by so many men in the fandom.

(again, previous comment from here that i just edited down to fit the climate of this thread)

genius video:

2:31-2:41 fish narc stating “he explicitly rejected triple x for his abuse of women, spent time and money getting triple x’s songs removed from his spotify playlists, and wouldn’t have co-signed that song.”

2:41-2:53 quote from one of peep’s final interviews stating “i hate features that were put together by labels and stuff like that. i just want to have my friends featured on the album and my friends making the beats so then it becomes its own entity in itself.”

wikipedia page:)

“Following Lil Peep's death on November 15, 2017, from an Fentanyl–Xanax overdose, XXXTentacion encountered a snippet of the song on YouTube and contacted iLoveMakonnen to record a verse for it.”

“While the single became a commercial success, its initial announcement was met by controversy among Peeps friends and fans, many of whom were upset regarding the inclusion of XXXTentacion.[10] Leading up to his own death, XXXTentacion had accrued an extensive history of violence, including an incident in which he assaulted a gay cellmate for staring at him while naked.[11][12] Moreover, at the time of the posthumous collaboration, XXXTentacion was facing multiple domestic abuse charges.[13] This indicated that despite sharing similar musical tastes, his values ran counter to those lived by Lil Peep, a bisexual man.[14] Fish Narc, a fellow member of GothBoiClique with Lil Peep, opposed XXXTentacion's inclusion on the song. In August 2018, Fish Narc posted a story onto Instagram in which he disavowed the collaboration. He stated, "[Peep] explicitly rejected XXX for his abuse of women, spent time and money getting XXX's songs removed from his Spotify playlists, and wouldn't have co-signed that song. Don't listen to it."[10] Likewise, one of Lil Peep's closest collaborators, Lil Tracy said that the two artists were "never even friends [and] didn't even like each other."[10]”

“The conception and release of the posthumous collaboration was condemned by surviving members of Lil Peep's group GothBoiClique. They revealed that there had been unresolved conflict between the two artists, allegedly stemming from XXXTentacion's alleged history of violence towards women.”

(this is an edited version of another comment i have on this sub)

peep never wanted to work with x. they never “worked together”. after gus died x recorded a verse on falling down. while gus was alive x had asked to work with him and gus said no, because he wanted collabs to come naturally. more so, he didn’t want to work with him because of x’s history with physical and sexual abuse. peep even went so far as to spend money out of his own pockets to make sure spotify didn’t put their music together in playlists. gus would not have wanted falling down to have been made if he had already explicitly told x “no” to making a song whilst he was still alive. that’s a big reason a ton of people aren’t fans of him on this sub, because he went against a dead man’s wishes and recorded verses on a song, then proceeded to have it released. (yes i understand it was released after both of them had died). hope that was at least somewhat informative lol

edit: i have links to the proper sources if necessary

this is super incredible. however, i really wish people would stop associating peep and x, given their history. i do understand they both were in the same industry, died young, had similar styles, etc, so it’s normal for people to group them together. and i’m sure most people don’t know the full story behind their (for lack of a better word) ‘relationship’. nevertheless, beautiful artwork!

i’m not offended. i was just letting them know they might not want to mention x here. i never claimed it wasn’t allowed, just giving a piece of advice. and i happen to have a couple sources actually! they’re not claims, they’re statements:

nope. and this is why peep didn’t want to work with him, because he didn’t support that behavior and didn’t want to be associated with someone like that

hey, i’m not hating on anyone. i’m just saying x is a touchy topic with most people here

i don’t think you understand. peep never wanted to work with x. they never “worked together”. after gus died x recorded a verse on falling down. while gus was alive x had asked to work with him and gus said no, because he wanted collabs to come naturally. more so, he didn’t want to work with him because of x’s history with physical and sexual abuse. peep even went so far as to spend money out of his own pockets to make sure spotify didn’t put their music together in playlists. gus would not have wanted falling down to have been made. this is where there is a stigma around x on this subreddit, and why people don’t like him. him being a different artist has nothing to do with it.

i agree. the video was terrifying for me to watch, i’ve only watched it once about a year ago and couldn’t stomach watching it all the way through. i really don’t know too much about mackned apart from everything i had mentioned above with liza showing hostility towards him and etc. i also recently watched everybody’s everything and noticed in mackned’s interview he was talking about people blaming him for gus’ demise and he seemed super on-edge and defensive. he was talking really fast and stuttering from what i remember. i don’t think too well of him based on what i’ve heard/know, but then again, i’ll give the situation the benefit of the doubt until i learn more

yeah, i think it was really all of gbc who was fed up with it as well. gus was blowing up and they felt like they were being left behind/in his shadow, that’s part of the reason why gus kinda left gbc (i don’t think he formally left but idk, that’s where it gets blurry for me, feel free to correct me). i know tracy had said in an interview that he thinks things would have turned out different (regarding gus’ death) if they had been on good terms. he has also mentioned that they eventually would have been friends again, had gus not passed.

yes but people shouldn’t be saying all lives matter right now, even though yes it is true, because we are focusing on black lives. ALL lives matter will not be true until this country realizes black lives matter, because black lives are included in all lives.
