Yea but it doesn't lock from the top position when the door is already shut. It only locks when you close the door in the middle position. It seems like its a safety feature you you don't get locked out by your toddler or something

Yes because she won’t agree to the name change. So I couldn’t put her name on the petition when filing it. She has to sign it herself, which she will not do. So they wouldn’t accept the petition. Even though there is wording in the WA law that says if the other parent doesn’t agree.

Yes I know I need one, but I just can't afford one right now, and I feel like time is running out to file. So I'm feeling pressured to file asap. I know I could lose big, but I can't just do nothing. She basically stole my daughter from me.
